Description
The Town of Paradise will be expanding its Asset Management practices by creating an Asset ManagementPlan for all categories (i.e. facilities, parks, vehicles, roads, sewer, storm). This will include an evaluationand gap analysis of available inventory, attribute data necessary for the reporting process and criticalpath implementation to guide the town through continuous improvement. Additional data that is identifiedand can be attributed to the Town’s assets by the town staff will be loaded into the current softwareapplication to generate the analysis and reporting that ultimately will be embodied within the AssetManagement Plan. Upon completion the Town will be able to produce a current and complete AssetManagement Plan, with a financial strategy, that accounts for all infrastructure priorities within the Townand therefore allows for a complete assessment of the sustainability of services in the community.
