Description
Increase Asset Management Readiness from Levels 1/2 to Levels 3 by:- obtaining asset condition reports,- implementing AM team and policies- secure Council support for ongoing improvements, and- produce 10 year capital budgeting for core infrastructure that integrates with the asset management plan'scapital replacement, determination of operating costs for capital assets, and reduction of municipalinfrastructure deficit.Training will be implemented for Council and staff to improve and solidify the concept of municipal fiscalself-sustainability through prudent asset management planning.
