Description
Lac La Biche County will employ a third party, technical consultant to assist in the initial development of an asset management program. This will be accomplished through training, development of an asset management needs assessment, an implementation plan, and asset management policy.The objective of the training workshops will ensure that all staff become familiar with basic asset management concepts. The needs assessment will inform the County on its current capacity to deliver an asset management program, as well as make recommendations on asset management development. The recommendations and policy development will guide the future development of the asset management program based upon the County's needs, required level of asset management, and best practices discussed in the needs assessment.
