Description
The City of Fort Saskatchewan will develop an asset management policy and strategy. It will also create a roadmap for the creation of an asset management plan for each of its asset classes, including the implementation of a repeatable condition assessment process for its asset including: roads, sidewalks and curbs, trails, bridges, water reservoirs, water distribution, wastewater collection mains, wastewater collection mains, wastewater collection manholes and catch basins, wastewater lift stations, building facilities, recreation equipment, culture equipment and artifacts, fire equipment, information technology, and fleet (vehicles and machinery).
