Description
It is the Township of St. Clair’s immediate goal to achieve a competency level of 2 in our readinesstowards a comprehensive Corporate (AMS) Asset Management System. Through the AM Towards 2project, we predict advancement in the areas of Policy and Governance, People and Leadership,Planning and Decision Making, and Contribution to Asset Management Practice. The largest part of thisproject is the migration and population of additional asset management components from a CMMS(Computerized Maintenance Management System) to an EAMS (Enterprise Asset Management System)which can be utilized corporation wide as an integral part of an integrated AMS
