Description
The City of Prince Rupert will develop an Asset Management Strategy and Roadmap, and a Data Governance Framework. These will bring together the City’s existing Asset Management components, including an Asset Management Policy and an Asset Management Investment Plan, while addressing gaps identified in the Asset Management Readiness Scale Assessment. This strategy will focus on how the Asset Management Policy can be implemented and will define the tools, processes, and standard practices needed to achieve a successful Asset Management Program in the long-term.
