Description
In this project, the Town of Gananoque will commission a comprehensive, component-based building assessment for the Town facilities. Currently each facility is listed as a single asset, without detailed data of age and conditional of all of the building components, such as roof, HVAC, electrical and plumbing. Once the assessment data is gathered, their consultant will draft a Report which details the condition of the building components, the activity and investment requirements to maintain the facilities and a schedule illustrating when these actions are most cost effective. This report will then be incorporated in the Town's Asset Management Plan.
