Description
The Municipal District of Wainwright No. 61 will complete Facility Condition Assessments for all ten (10)facilities. The assessment will bring engineers on site to complete physical inspections of the structure, electrical, and mechanical sections of the facilities. This will allow for the M.D. of Wainwright to ensure that facilities are being maintained to maximize their life cycle. If properly maintained, facilities can have a huge useful life. On the other side, if they deteriorate, they can be a lost opportunity to maximizing limited funds.The energy audit will help maximize the municipality’s assets by ensuring real time data that will lead the organization to replace aging infrastructure with the proper energy efficient infrastructure for its needs.
