Description
The Town of Strasbourg is implementing Asset Management. This project focuses primarily on improving our organizational competencies in the areas of: policy and governance; people and leadership; and data and information. This project will establish the asset management committee, develop an asset management policy, and introduce other basic governance tools. This project will engage external professionals (engineers and service technicians) to inspect and assess the Town’s most critical assets (i.e. water, waste-water, and primary transportation assets). This inspection activity will provide the data and information foundation for our asset management initiative.
