Description
The Town of Kearney will develop and implement improved asset management practices, under the guidelines of OREG 588/17. The Town will develop an improved Asset Management Plan for all asset categories (roads, bridges and culverts, buildings, vehicles, and machinery/equipment), which will include an identification of the current levels of service, lifecycle maintenance strategies, and a long-term financing plan.
