Description
The Town of the Blue Mountains wishes to complete a Community Building Recommissioning study for the Beaver Valley Community Centre (BVCC). The BVCC is the only multipurpose community facility in the town and its control equipment is largely outdated and slated for replacement. The Town have indicated the following reasons leading them to conduct this exercise: · Staff have recently received more comfort complaints about the building or buildings compared to previous months or years. · Staff are aware of problems but unable to find the time or in-house expertise to fix them. · Staff have modified or overridden control programming to provide a quick fix to a problem. · Staff have changed since the last commissioning process. Potential outcomes of this study are operational and equipment efficiencies and identification of further large-scale interventions that may be required.
