Description
In order to prepare for impending Bill 6 Asset Management requirements, Town of Erin will work withindustry experts to update its AMP with associated AM training, implement a new AM policy, andincorporate an asset management software tool into the Town processes. The development of a holisticasset management program requires a strategic AM policy and comprehensive AMP to guide ongoingactivities. An asset management software system will not only house the town asset information, but it willallow for lifecycle planning and risk analysis. AM training will ensure that staff and council are engagedthroughout the process of AM capacity building in Erin.
