Description
The Town of Aylmer will develop an asset management policy, maturity assessment report, and data collection tools. It will also implement an asset management and capital planning software module, as well as undertake asset management training. The Town will clearly identify roles and responsibilities for its asset management program. The Town will also develop better tools for reporting and forecasting on its assets. The Town will acquire enhanced data allowing it to work towards developing more comprehensive asset management plans.
