Description
The Town of Bridgewater (TOB) will conduct introductory asset management training for its employees andcouncil members. With a consultant's stewardship and introductory training, staff will develop an AssetManagement Committee consisting of both staff and council members. The Asset Management Committeewill then develop a Terms of Reference, workplan, Asset Management Policy and Strategy.
