Description
In order to work towards compliance with upcoming provincial regulations and improve its asset data andcapacity in asset management, The Town of Mono will purchase a work order management softwaresystem, develop an asset management policy, and participate in training on its asset management softwaresystems and asset management concepts and best practices. The development of a holistic assetmanagement program requires an organization-wide understanding of the Town’s asset managementpriorities and an integrated work order management software system. This new capacity will ensure thatthe town is building an effective asset management program that will assist with making better informedinfrastructure investment decisions.
