Description
The Municipality of Southwest Middlesex will undertake the development of an Asset Management Plan; a set of robust frameworks for identifying critical assets, maintenance; and significant data improvements. The development of the Asset Management Plan and ongoing asset data improvements will allow the Municipality to gain an advanced understanding of the performance of its assets and effectively plan for future maintenance based on data-driven decisions and service-level metrics. The development of the Asset Management Plan will be critical in complying with provincial regulations and enhancing the Municipality’s overall understanding of its asset management program, which will be further facilitated by its data improvements.
