Description
In order to work towards compliance with provincial regulations, the Municipality of Greenstone will undertake the development of an asset management policy, asset condition rating criteria, and data collection tools, as well as complete an asset management and data maturity assessment. These activities will assist the Municipality with identifying its overall organization gaps in asset management but also where data gaps exist. In addition, the municipality will have better outlined roles and responsibilities via its asset management policy. This new capacity will ensure that the municipality is building an effective asset management program that will assist with making better informed infrastructure investment decisions.
