Description
The Municipality of Ste. Rose will develop an Asset Management Policy, Strategy, and Plan, that will provide data on the key assets owned by the Municipality. Going forward, the Municipality will better track its assets as well as create a clearer picture of its financial position and upcoming responsibilities. This information will guide to financial decisions longer term, leading to a much more financially secure organization.The training to be included will ensure the organization is in a position to continue to move forward following this project. Clear data will provide opportunity for public education on the Municipality's current position with regards to assets, ensuring public understanding is in place before proceeding with significant asset decisions.
