Description
Ashcroft and Cache Creek will work together to collaboratively develop asset management programs taking advantage of each community’s experiences, insights and expertise. The project will include:1. Integrated asset management repositories and Geographic Information Systems (GIS);2. Governance and staff capacity: Build governance structures and staff capacity to deal with the complexity of asset management in a structured and transparent manner while subscribing to best practices;3. Formulate and improve asset management policies, strategy and plans: Develop respective documentation, plans and strategies
