Description
The Town of Bay Bulls will capture all major assets (water distribution, storm water, sidewalk and road networks as well as municipal owned buildings and structures) in electronic format. All linear assets will be captured in GIS format. Buildings and structures will be assessed and recorded in spreadsheet format. In addition to a fully functional Desktop GIS, an easy-to-use web mapping application will also be provided for the non- technical users.The Town will also generate Preliminary State of Infrastructure Reports (SOIR) on life expectancy, condition and replacement costs of each major asset group using open-source spreadsheets.
