The City of Lacombe will develop an Asset Management Policy and Strategy to guide the City's approach to continual improvement of its asset management practices, set goals and identify priority activities to achieve them. The development of the strategy will be primarily facilitated by a firm with expertise in municipal Asset Management best practices. Key staff leading this initiative will attend formal training on asset management best practices.
