Description
The Village of Goodsoil will establish long-term strategic plans that identify Asset Management priorities for the Municipality. The Village will lay out timelines, identify leadership, create policies to continue asset management practices, and establish an Asset Management Committee to guide Council's decision making and training. The training will be used to further develop Asset Management policies and procedures. The Village will work with Northbound Planning to obtain and create an Asset Management Plan for the community. Municipal Staff will learn about and discuss levels of service, risk management, and life cycles costs associated with providing various services
