Description
The town of Blackfalds will implement an Asset Management Program that will assist with optimal life-cycle decision-making strategies for the building, operating, maintenance, renewal, replacement and disposal of Town assets. The development and continual improvement of this program will enable the Town of Blackfalds to deliver services at the appropriately determined level of service, prioritize critical projects and assets to invest in, improve customer service, reduce life-cycle costs and display a level of transparency in decision-making for stakeholders.
