The Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation will compile a complete inventory and assess the condition of the critical assets of its water facilities portfolio. Water facilities owned by Vancouver Park Board such as decorative fountains, pools, spray parks, wading pools and pumping stations are critical assets and consist of multiple components including structural, mechanical, and electrical installations.
