Description
The Town of Beausejour will collect data on its key assets, complete training, and undertake development of an Asset Management Policy, Strategy, and Plan, to provide data on the key assets owned by the Municipality. Going forward, the Town will better track its assets as well as provide a clearer picture of our financial position and upcoming responsibilities. This information will provide guidance to financial decisions longer term, leading to a much more financially secure organization.
