Description
The Township of Ryerson will develop and implement improved asset management practices, under the guidelines of OREG 588/17. The Township will conduct a road needs study to assess the condition and appropriateness of its existing infrastructure, and develop long-term capital plans for its management. In addition, the Township will develop an enhanced asset inventory, to track the location, condition, and costs associated with each asset. Finally, Ryerson will develop improved asset management plans for each asset category, which will include an identification of the current levels of service, lifecycle maintenance strategies, and a long-term financial plan.
