Description
The town of Plympton-Wyoming will obtain building component details and condition data, refine theroads data, provide staff training on asset management and develop a strategic asset management policy.These activities will give staff and council more accurate information to help them make informed and cost-effective decisions about asset investment planning. The policy will outline the process of how the priorities in the asset management plan will be considered during the preparation of the budget and how various financial plans work together to achieve the Town’s objectives.
