Description
The Municipality of West Perth will conduct a non-subjective condition assessment of paved road and lineal sidewalk assets through the use of sensor-based condition data collection to acquire a Pavement Condition Index (PCI) and Sidewalk Condition Index (SCI), to update and maintain compliance with O.Reg. 588/17 Asset Management Planning. The PCI and SCI will be used through algorithms to generate maintenance and repair prioritizations and allow for budget, planning and asset management analysis.
