Description
The Town of Qualicum Beach will develop a comprehensive Asset Management Plan. The plan will include detailed information and financial estimates for buildings and facilities, as well as general estimates for underground infrastructure. New software tools and predictive models will be used for operational and capital plans and the town will work on a plan for training staff and/or council. Then we will implement and review our current training strategies and work with our new IT staff to provide different approaches to AM software training.We will also complete a more comprehensive assessment of buildings and facilities. We will be putting a plan together for our buildings and review the current condition of our buildings assets. The assessments will be used for long-term financial planning. Finally, the town will develop a preliminary environmental policy and communication strategy
