Description
The city of Saskatoon will conduct a Corporate Asset Management Maturity Assessment to identify current strengths and gaps in asset management (AM) practices using a collaborative and engaging approach in order to continue to shift away from working in silos. Additionally, the project will use a collaborative, integrated and holistic approach to identify current AM practice document templates and develop a corporate asset management report card template and process. These activities will help connect day to day operating decisions and information with long-term City Council decisions on asset performance, service levels, risk and cost in an easy-to-understand manner.
