Description
The Township of Champlain will improve its asset management competencies through the following activities: conducting a gap analysis study to better plan for the future of its asset management program; begin conducting condition, performance and capacity assessments for roads & sidewalks, arena and community centre in order to improve our asset data and thereby our asset management reporting; Update amp with roads needs study information and with CCTV inspection program information; Incorporate arena condition condition assessment information in AMP; Develop the Township's Strategic Asset Management Policy in order to meet the requirements of O. Reg 588; and Secure Council support for the Asset Management Plan and ongoing improvements in order to be able to produce a 10-year capital budgeting for core infrastructure.
