Description
The Municipality will implement CityWide Asset Manager/GIS Viewer software (for its core asset classes: roads, bridges/culverts, water) and undergo training for the new system and for a broader understanding of effective asset planning and reporting. The implementation of asset management software will allow the Municipality to gain an advanced understanding of its asset performance and effectively plan for future maintenance based on data driven decisions. Further, the implementation of software and systems training will be a critical piece in continuing to advance the Municipality’s asset data and have more involvement from staff across the organization in asset planning.
