Description
Building on the success of the recent WaterWolf District Planning Commission "group learning" asset management project, a number of WaterWolf member communities have committed to working together on a number of activities that will improve asset management capacity in each individual community and collectively within the region. The Village of Conquest will digitize its current asset information into a GIS tool and collect field data. The Village will aso develop an Asset Management Strategy and an Asset Management Policy. Village employees will also undergo training on asset management integration and implementation.
