Description
In order to align with upcoming provincial regulations and improve its asset data and capacity in assetmanagement, the Township of Central Frontenac will undertake the completion of a maturity assessment,asset management training, development of a strategic asset management policy, data and conditionassessment protocols, and a roads needs assessment. The development of a holistic asset managementprogram requires improved asset data, an understanding of the township gaps in asset management, andan integrated approach to asset management. This new capacity will ensure that the township is buildingan effective asset management program that will assist in making better informed infrastructure investmentdecisions.
