Description
The County of Two Hills will enroll in asset management courses to understand asset management and to allow the County of Two Hills to adopt an Asset Management Policy to provide clear direction and strategy to identify assets and their conditions. Asset classes will be water, wastewater, transportation and buildings. Depending on the magnitude and costs, the list may need to be reduced to critical assets only. Once this direction is determined, the next goal is to hire an engineering firm to identify the assets and their condition status. This information will be used to determine long and short term planning budgets for these critical infrastructure assets.
