Description
The purpose of this project is to develop an Infrastructure Assessment and Ten-Year Capital Plan for all existing municipal buildings as to existing condition, remaining life, proposed upgrades within a 10-year time span, and upgrades that may be required to accommodate future growth within the Town. The major items that will be investigated by the Town of Smoky Lake are as follows: building envelope (architectural), civil, structural (building integrity), mechanical (heating, ventilation and plumbing), electrical (lighting, power distribution and security system). The report will identify and detail the major and minor asset maintenance requirements, repairs and renewals that should be completed in each facility in the next 10 years.
