Description
Through this project, the Town of Hay River will formalize and complete its Advancing Municipal Asset Management Program. The Town will use the funding to define short and long-term goals for asset management, improve its understanding of the organization's assets and how to effectively manage, and educate employees on their responsibilities for the use of the asset management program. As a result of the project, the organization will enhance its application of relevant best practice asset management procedures and policies.
