Description
In 2017 the Township of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen will complete a township Maturity Assessment Reportand an Asset Management Policy, while also putting in place procedures for data refinement / datadisaggregation. Critical activities path (CAP) for roads, bridges, water, sanitary, storm, facilities and parkswill be completed as part of this project. This includes an asset data gap analysis, deterioration modeling,asset condition rating criteria development, risk and criticality modeling, life cycle framework, and level ofservice to be presented in a final roadmap report.
