Description
The Village of Tide Head will develop a Capital Asset Management Plan that will consist of the review of
existing PSAB 3150 infrastructure data in the municipality. The Village will address data gaps through a
review of record drawings and field data collection. Asset condition will be established through a
combination of visual inspection of roads, sewer, and facilities, and age-based methods. The compiled
information will allow the prioritization of assets based on the level of service with regards to the
performance of each asset as well as the creation of a capital investment strategy. Finally, the gathered
information will be placed in a decision-making document to be frequently referenced, revised and updated.
