Description
The City of Dauphin will develop parts of the Asset Management program including an Asset Management Policy, Strategic Asset Management Plan, and will identify critical assets and associated risks. The City will also partner with CNAM to provide basic asset management training to all staff. The second initiative will be linking GIS and Financial/Work Management software to create a centralized asset registry available to all City departments. The City will capture missing assets from its inventory and a preliminary condition assessment of its assets. This data will then form the first draft of a report outlining the current state of assets. This project and its initiatives will allow the City of Dauphin to complete Asset Management Plans for all of our assets.
