Description
The Municipality of Magnetawan will undertake the development of an Asset Management Plan that is compliant with the Ontario regulation 588/17. The Plan will ensure compliance with provincial regulations and greatly enhance the overall understanding of assets leading to more proactive maintenance and budgeting. The Plan will contain information on current levels of service and lifecycle, as well as consider future growth and the impacts on assets. This Plan will be critical in future budgeting decisions, helping to ensure maintenance of assets at the lowest cost to citizens.
