Description
Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority (NPCA) will implement CityWide Capital Asset Manager and CityWide Maintenance Manager software. The NPCA will complete an inventory listing and condition assessments of the assets which will be migrated into the CityWide software solution. Extensive training will be undertaken on both systems, with a one-year product and user support package.The NPCA will also develop a 10-year Capital Plan, with the use of reports generated by the new software, such as financial information on asset cost and amortization, as well as reports relating to asset life cycles and risk analysis of assets.
