Asset classes that will be captured include, but are not limited to, New Denver's water system (including underground pipes, valves, fittings, pumps, motors, hydrants, etc.), storm system (ditches, culverts, pipes, catch basins, detention and retention areas, man holes, etc), transportation network (local roads, pedestrian walkways, sidewalks, crosswalks, trails, traffic signs and signals, lights,, etc.), structures (engineered buildings, monuments, bridges, etc.), equipment (recreational, commercial, industrial, HVAC, electrical, etc.), fleet (light, medium, heavy, construction, offroad, etc.), and specific natural assets. Phase 2 includes prioritizing Asset Register in terms of consequence of failure and probability of failure.Phase 3 includes incorporating Phase 1 and Phase 2 data into the Village’s current capital and operational planning procedures. The scope of this project is Phase 1 and Phase 2, and will include a feasibility and recommendations report on moving forward with Phase 3.
