Description
The Town of Port Blandford, with a population of approximately 600, is located in eastern Newfoundland. The town started an asset management journey in May of 2018 with the adoption of our AM Policy. The town has held staff and council familiarization sessions, developed a strategic plan and have been working on the roadmap to implement its Asset Management practices. This project will collect and bring together the Data (Inventory) for our Roads; Water & Sewer; Buildings and Fleet, thus allowing us to complete our Condition Assessments and Level of Service documents while testing & implementing our previously developed Maintenance Plan.
