Description
In order to work towards compliance with provincial regulations, the Township of Asphodel-Norwood willundertake the development of an asset management policy and data collection tools, as well as completean asset management and data maturity assessment. These activities will assist the Township withidentifying both its overall organization gaps in asset management but also where its data gaps exist. Inaddition, the Township will have better outlined roles and responsibilities via its asset management policy.This new capacity will ensure that the township is building an effective asset management program that willassist with making better informed infrastructure investment decisions.
