The County of Peterborough will create and implement a comprehensive asset management plan (incompliance with provincial requirements) that encompasses all corporate assets to provide conditionanalysis, preventative maintenance and predictive cost abilities. The County focus will be targeted onimproving its readiness with respect to data and information and policy and governance.
