Description
These projects are designed to improve the Corporation of the Municipality of Machin’s asset managementdata as well as its overall organizational competency in asset management. With this new capacity themunicipality will be able to make better informed infrastructure investment and management decisions. Thedevelopment of a holistic asset management program requires several key steps including the developmentof a strategic asset management policy, improved and integrated asset data, and an organization-wideunderstanding of the importance of asset management. The proposed projects will aid in theimplementation of a comprehensive and sustainable asset management program in Machin now and intothe future.
