Description
The County of St. Paul has identified the development of an integrated long-term financial plan (LTFP) as an action item in its 2016 Asset Management Roadmap. With revenue challenges becoming more prevalent, the need for an integrated LTFP is even more pronounced. Using this plan, the County will be able to better prepare for current and future revenue challenges, identify and manage risks of any financial gaps, and ensure services are provided to residents in a sustainable manner. This plan will have a service lens, integrating the County’s asset management initiatives and levels of service assessments into financial decision-making.
