Description
In order to effectively manage its asset inventory and make better informed infrastructure investment decisions, the District of Ucluelet will purchase a suite of asset management software modules, and undertake data work and asset management systems training. The District’s new suite of integrated software modules will house its full asset inventory, track all work orders and maintenance and run detailed financial reports and scenarios for lifecycle costing and events. In addition, the proposed projects will improve the District’s overall data picture for the municipality, and provide an improved understanding of itsasset management program to District staff.
