Description
St. Clair Region Conservation Authority will develop an Asset Management Plan and implement CityWide Asset Manager/GIS Viewer, CityWide Maintenance Manager, and Enterprise GIS software. Conservation Authority staff will undergo systems training for broader understanding of effective asset planning and reporting. The implementation of software and development of an Asset Management Plan will allow the Conservation Authority to gain an advanced understanding of its assets performance and effectively plan for future maintenance based on data driven decisions. Further, the implementation of software and systems training will be a critical piece in continuing to advance asset data and developing an effective tracking of asset maintenance and rentals.
